Summer Lash&Brow is quickly establishing itself as one of Melbourne's most well-known lash and brow specialists. At our Maidstone salon, we're always looking for lash and brow technicians/beauticians to join our lovely team. 

We are seeking a highly motivated, reliable and dedicated casual lash & brow artist to join our team. This position is for approximately 15-20hrs of work per week with the potential projection of part time/full time hrs in 2023 for the right candidate. The position offers award wages & generous bonuses are on offer!

Our ideal candidate must be polite, friendly and presentable with a strong work ethic, have superior customer service skills and have a commitment to ongoing learning and training. Candidates must be available to work two evenings per week as well as alternate Saturdays.

What exactly are we looking for?
We need lash and brow perfectionists of the highest calibre. Summer Lash & Brow is known for its high-quality work, and you'll be expected to achieve and maintain this standard. Ideally you should have a minimum of three months experience as a certified lash and/or brow technician. Other aesthetic credentials (waxing, tinting, bronsun hybrid tint, etc) are of advantage but not required. Successful candidates will be mentored and trained on an ongoing basis. You must be available to work at least two evenings per week and two Saturdays per month.

-Experience in the beauty industry is a major plus, but it's not required for the job. All necessary training will be provided. 

The chosen applicant will provide the following beauty services to our clients:
-classic, hybrid, and volume eyelash extensions
-Lamination of the eyelashes (the next generation lash lift)
-Lamination, styling, and tinting of brows
-Waxing of the face

Additional job expectations include:
-General cleaning & tidying
-Taking clients bookings & payments via our POS & booking software
-Product & materials stocktake
